This Charmat Brut method sparkling wine combines two great white grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, and preserves their precious characteristics.

To the eye
It has a straw yellow colour embraced in a very fine and persistent perlage.
To the nose
Fruity and floral aromas dominate, revealing themselves as elegant and intense.
On the palate
Fresh and pleasantly enveloping, enriched by the mineral notes typical of our territory.
At the table
It is excellent as an aperitif, but its best side can be discovered in combination with hors d'oeuvres and fish pasta dishes.
