Exploring the Alternative to the classic wines of Romagna, we made this surprising experience with a grape variety little known in Romagna, and which represents the international vision of Domìni Glicine.

This Pinot Bianco, vinified in stainless steel and aged on its own yeasts, comes from the hills around Cesena, an area with an ancient winemaking tradition.

To the eye
It has an intense straw yellow colour with light golden reflections.
To the nose
It is a wine with a delicate aromatic bouquet that reveals pleasant hints of peach, apple and jasmine.
On the palate
It is fresh and smooth, well-balanced and invites the next drink.
At the table
It goes very well with grilled fish, white meats and pasta dishes.
